How we rent

Overview of our process

  1. Ensure you have references.
  2. Contact us to arrange a viewing
  3. Make a tenancy application on this website as soon as possible and within 48 hours of viewing.
  4. We contact you to tell you whether your application has been successful or not withing three days of the end of the viewing period.
    If you are successful..
  5. Prepare everything you need to secure your tenancy including ID, payments, bank info and references. Please see our detailed list of what you need to bring with you to our offices.
  6. Visit our offices in central London within 48 hours of us contacting you to secure your tenancy and arrange a moving in day.
  7. On your moving in day we handover keys and complete an inventory check-in with you.


Viewings usually take place on:
Weekdays between 4pm and 6pm
Saturdays between 11am and midday
We can agree alternative times also. Please contact us.

Apply for a Tenancy

To apply for a tenancy please complete the tenancy application form. We review all applications after the viewing period is over. If your application is successful we inform you by phone within 3 days.

Successful Applicants

Once informed that your application is successful you are expected to visit our offices in Kings Cross, central London within 48 hours to make a cash payment, show photo identification and complete further paperwork to secure your tenancy.
