There are some great places to go out in the area. These include Hermits Cave, The Tiger and The Stormbird in Camberwell and Bar Story, Peckham Springs, Canavans, Bussey Building, Four Quarters, Rye Wax, Ghost Notes and Voodoo Rays in Peckham. A few other things in Peckham that are worthy of a mention are DKUK, Balamii Radio, Wavey Garms and the Peckhamplex cinema. The Flying Dutchman is just around the corner. It’s a venue dedicated to the arts and alternative nightlife, LGBTQ friendly with a 6am license on weekends.
