I thoroughly enjoyed living at Knatchbull as it was peaceful and green, with calm tenants around me. The all inclusive bills meant I didn’t have to start up and co-ordinate all the things one would expect when moving in, so was a lot less hassle. The high standard of cleaning and maintenace to the building meant I saved a lot of time and energy.

I would happily recommend Prime Spaces to anyone. The room is quite sizable and equipped with your own wash area. The shared facilities are of a high standard and well maintained, and it house as wireless internet access included in the price. The house is a short bus ride to the centre of London and if I could have extended my contract I would have stayed longer. Should I return to London I will be getting in touch with Ryan! A very good price for what you get, and in a quiet area of London.
Couldn’t have asked for better accomodation. Clean,well organised.Quiet and orderly house,other tenants friendly and amenable. Would highly recommend if considering a renting.
From the moment I saw the house and location I felt completely in love with it.
I can say that Knatchbull house was one of the best houses I have ever lived in London, in every aspects, cleanliness, well maintained, and above all, Ryan being a very polite and approachable landlord which made things always easier and nicer.
I can truly say that I will recommend any of his houses to friends & people I might know that are looking to rent.

I would recommend prime spaces to anyone, the rooms are a really good size and modern, the common areas are clean and the best thing is that all the bills are included!!! I just moved here and I found new cookery, cutlery and bed linen, not to say that the room was almost unrecognisable after the hard work the guys had to refurbish the room, everything is new and smells like new!!

I have nothing but good things to say about my stay at Artherleigh House. The room was in impecable condition and was very spacious. It was by far the nicest apartment I saw in London while I was searching for a place to stay. The neighborhood is very nice as well– there is a lovely park just down the road and it was generally very quiet. Transportation by bus and/or tube from this part of town was very easy. Also, the room was equipped with furniture, kitchen items, etc. and all the utilities were included, which made life a lot easier. I would recommend this accomodation to anyone– in fact I already have. If I ever have the fortune of moving back to London, I’ll certainly be contacting Ryan about staying in Camberwell again.
Unfortunately my year in London is coming to an end and I have finalised dates when I have to be back at university. It has been great living in the house and I have made some good friends. I want to let you know that you have probably been the best landlord I have been as any problem we’ve had has been fixed in no time without fuss. I would gladly recommend Prime Spaces to other potential renters.
