How we rent
Overview of our process
- Ensure you have a reference letter .
- Contact us to arrange a viewing
- Make a tenancy application on this website as soon as possible and ideally within 48 hours of viewing.
- Within 48 hours of the end of the viewing period, we contact you to tell you whether your application has been successful or not.
If successful.. - Collect together a deposit, plus one month’s rent, your bank account details, a recent bank statement and your reference letter
- Visit our offices in central London within 48 hours of us contacting you to secure your tenancy and arrange a moving in day.
- On your moving in day we handover keys and complete and inventory check-in with you.
Viewings
Viewings usually take place on:
- Weekdays between 6.30pm and 7.30pm
- Saturdays between 11am and midday
We can agree alternative times also. Please contact us.

Apply for a Tenancy
After viewing, to apply for a tenancy please complete the tenancy application form. We review all applications after the viewing period is over. If your application is successful we inform you by phone within 48 hours.
Successful Applicants
Once informed that your application is successful you are expected to visit our offices in Kings Cross, central London within 48 hours to make a cash payment and complete further paperwork to secure your tenancy.
